If a live reading is booked and you cancel on the reader on 3 different dates, your booking will be void and non refundable. We only refund if our readers cancel. We do not read for people under the age of 18 and we are not accountable for this if you decide to book. If you have booked a email or recoreded reading, then this shall be sent to your email address provided within 1-14 working days.
