I think dreams are a fascinating subject when it comes to psychic development, and from my experience, it becomes stronger as you grow.
As we tend to open up spiritually, evolve, and tap into different frequencies, we tend to dream more.
Spirit love teaching us, working with us in a sleeping state, some of us even astral travel.
Dreams can not only be broken down to tell us what we are thinking and feeling subconsciously on a psychological level.
They can even show you glimpses of the future or tell you what your intuition is saying.
I started to really dream and have premonitions in my late teens.
A lot of it was symbolic, which is why it's important to have a dream book to break down individual meanings.
As I've got older, my dreams have become more vivid and powerful, more like premonitions.
They have pre-warned me of storms, deaths, pregnancies, and arguments and to even have a little flutter on the lottery.
So, as you develop spiritually and your psychic senses, don't be surprised that you dream more.
Dreams can't hurt you, so don't be scared of them. They come as little warnings to prepare or to avoid.
Sometimes, spirits come to visit us in our sleep to talk. This is the most beautiful, precious way for them to communicate.
If you have never experienced this, try asking for someone to step forward.
Sometimes, our minds have so much to remember, so much going on, or can be polluted by everyday life, gadgets, and even drama.
Our mind can get clogged up like a garden full of weeds, making it difficult for spirit to step forward and comment.
De-clutter the mind, develop your meditation skills, work on yourself, and open up to the universe and spirit. Then you may just have such encounters.
Dreaming happens in R.E.M state, a state between sleeping and awake. Light sleepers will tend to dream more.
A good point is that your brain is still active, yet your mindful chatter has slowed down, and spirit can talk to you.
But not all dreams are spiritual. Some tell us our insecurities, what's on our mind, or show images representing trapped trauma.
This is why a dream book is so important!
If you want to experience dreams more, why not try having the odd little power nap for 10-40 mins to see if anything comes to mind.
Ultimately, continue to meditate and work on personal development, and these gifts and abilities should start working at some point.
